Through the service note n° 479/MINFI/DGD of 02 November 2022, the Republic of Cameroon strengthens the presentation of the Bordereau Electronique de Suivi des Cargaisons for customs clearance operations of goods at destination.

If you are preparing a sea shipment with final destination in Cameroon, you will need to regularize your B/L with a document called BESC – Bordereau Electronique de Suivi des Cargaisons.
