ANGOLA: ARCCLA-CNCA CERTIFICATE

If you have a sea shipment to Angola, you will need to regularize your shipment with an ARCCLA or CNCA pre-shipment certificate, also known as a Loading Certificate.
The Certificado de Embarque is a mandatory document since 28/01/1994 as required by DPR n. 19/94. This document must be requested at the origin, for the reason why there is a ban on issuing it in Angola.
In order to regularize your shipment to Angola, you can rely on our team that will follow you through every step with the aim of promoting trade with this country. The following documents will be required to apply for ARCCLA/CNCA:

  • Bill of Lading – B/L or its Draft
  • Commercial Invoice detailed with breakdown of values in accordance with selling Incoterm
  • Freight Invoice or Freight declaration if commercial invoice has as incoterm FOB o EXW
  • Documento Unico – Import License
  • Packing List
  • ARCCLA Application Form
