We want to provide a unique, fast and quality experience. Our goal is to facilitate shippers in obtaining their ECTN – BESC – FERI thanks to the experience of our team.

International Shippers Documentation, known as Shippersdoc, was founded in 2019 in Genoa, Italy. It is a company made up of a young, international and multicultural team driven by a passion for the maritime industry.
Thanks to our experience acquired day after day and to our established network of partners and representatives in Africa, we are ready to support our clients in obtaining pre-shipment certificates.
Shippersdoc also operates as a mandated agent and official representative of several African Shippers Councils, Shippers Councils and Port Authorities, working directly with the competent bodies for the management and issuance of the required documentation.
We were established to provide assistance to all companies exporting to Africa in obtaining the Electronic Cargo Tracking Note or Bordereau de Suivi des Cargaisons – ECTN / BESC / FERI / BIETC / ARCCLA (Ex CNCA) / ACD / CTN, required by many African countries.
Our presence on the ground and our established cooperation with Shippers Councils, Port Authorities and local African institutions enable us to provide a specialised service to exporters, freight forwarders and logistics operators who need to correctly verify and obtain the pre-shipment certificates required in the different African countries.
International Shippers Documentation immediately committed itself to the pursuit of a quality policy. The development of the management system and internal procedures has allowed us to increase our efficiency towards the customer.
Our main goal is to always provide a cutting-edge service thanks to the daily work and the involvement of our team.
Following a process of growth and awareness of the centrality of the culture of corporate governance, SHIPPERSDOC has decided to adopt an Organization Model that is functional to the prevention of the predicate offenses referred to in the Legislative Decree 231/01, with regards to health and safety culture in the workplace. In this perspective, it was decided to endow this Organizational, Management and Control Model with the firm conviction that an apical organizational and ethical thrust is fundamental and precedes what is expressed by the legislator on a mandatory level.
In constant alignment with these profiles, the company has also recently adopted a specific organisational procedure for reporting so-called 231 violations as well as whistleblowing, the receipt and management of which is entrusted to the Supervisory Body.
