All maritime shipments with final destination Mali shall be regularized by a Bordereau Electronique de Suivi des Cargaisons. Generally called BESC o BSC.
BESC/BSC certificate is a necessary document as from 29/01/2015 requested by circular N°05-341/P-RM of 25/07/2005 – Presidential Decree N°8-3718/MET-MF MEIC-S6 of 31/12/2008. Each B/L must be accompanied by a Bordereau Electronique de Suivi des Cargaisons.
