Bordereau Electronique de Suivi des Cargaisons
All maritime shipments with final destination Togo shall be regularized by a Bordereau Electronique de Suivi des Cargaisons. Generally called BESC or BSC.
BESC/BSC certificate is a necessary document requested by Decree 2001-066 09/03/01 & 007/MTRH/2000 05/09/00. Each B/L must be accompanied by a Bordereau Electronique de Suivi des Cargaisons.

The BESC number will be release after draft confirmation. Your BESC will pass to “pre-validation status”
It is no possible to revised the BESC draft confirmed when it is on pre-validation status.
In order to finalize the BESC it is important to present the Original Bill of Lading or the non-negotiable Bill of Lading

Yes, each ECTN/BESC can contain a maximum of 5 containers. For example, if your shipment has six containers we will emit two ECTN/BESC certificates, if you are shipping twelve containers we will emit three ECTN/BESC certificates and so forth.
No, we accept the draft to initiate your application. To proceed with the validation we need at least Non- negotiable BL or the OBL scan.
Yes, for all ECTN/BESC to Togo you can have maximum one RO-RO per ECTN. For example, a B/L shipping four vehicles will require four separate ECTN/BESCs.
Yes, for all ECTN/BESC to Togo you can have maximum of 300 M/T per ECTN. For example, a B/L shipping 400 M/T will require a second separate ECTN/BESCs. For example, if the totat M/T of your shipment equals to 500 M/T we will emit two ECTN/BESC certitficates (400 // 100 M/T).
