ARCCLA/CNCA/LC Angola

The Loading Certificate (LC) is a document requested by Angola authorities to track and trace sea shipments. Generally, is also called CNCA or ARCCLA certificate.
All maritime shipments with final destination an Angolan Port shall be regularized by a Loading Certificate. 
ARCCLA/CNCA certificate is a necessary document requested by Presidential Decree Nr. 19/94 of 28/01/1994 and each B/L must be accompanied by a Loading Certificate
